The Xpert 2 Prestained Protein Marker consists of a marker with 12 clearly identifiable bands at convenient molecular weights.
The protein sizes are 11, 17,20, 25, 35, 48, 63, 75, 100, 135, 180 and 245kDa. The reference band proteins of 75kDa, 25Kda are colored with red and green dyes.
The Xpert 2 Prestained Protein Marker,10-245KDa is desigend for monitoring protein seperation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis verification of Western transfer efficiency on membrane (PVDF,Nylon, Nitrocellulose) and for approcimating the size of proteins. The marker is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready to use.
