amfiSure Prime PCR Master Mix contains blue and yellow loading dyes to allow loading of PCR product directly on a gel after ther-mal cycling, minimizing pipetting steps and providing easy visuali-zation of sample. The blue dye runs in a range between 6000 bp and 7000 bp and the yellow dye runs in a range between 50 bp and 100 bp.
amfiSure Prime PCR Master Mix contains a fixed MgCl2 concentration of 1.5 mM. However, higher concentra-tions of MgCl2 may be achieved by adding additional MgCl2.
