West-Q Femto Clean ECL Solution is a non-isotopic,luminol- based chemiluminescent substrate designed for the rapid and sensitive detection of peroxidase labeled-conjugates. Provides maximum sensitivity in blotting application by allowing detection in the femto-gram range. Most other femto level ECL solution has high background it even has ultra-sensitive detection level. GenDEPOT’s West-Q Femto Clean ECL Solutionwas designed to make Western detection of protein easier by providing the highest level of sensitivity with the least amount of background in a chemilusmnescent reagent system.
  • GRP78 BiP(Protein#1) and actin(protein#2) were detected in HeLa Cell lysates. 5ug, 10ug, and 20ug of total proteins were seperated by SDS-PAGE Mouse anti-BiP(BD,610978) and rabbit anti-actin(Sigma, A2103) were used as primary antibodies with 1:1000 and 1:4,000 dilution, respectively. HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG and goat anti-rabbit IgG were used as secondary antibodies, respectively.

  • Purified GST was serially diluted from 5000 to 5 fg and electrophoresed on a 10% mini gel. The blot was then incubated with mouse anti-GST(200ug/ml)(Santa Cruz), SC-138) at 1:1000 dilution, followed by incubation with HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(1mg/ml) at 1:5000 dilution.
