Application One-step RT-PCR
amfiRivert 1-Step RT-PCR Premix combines a specially formulated enzyme blend for one-step RT-PCR using any RNA template with all reagents required for successful PCR, premixed and dried in single-use aliquots. The lyophilized format eliminates the need to thaw reagents. 

To perform RT-PCR, simply add DEPC-treated water, primers, and RNA template to resuspend the reaction mixture, and cycle. The unique combination of amfiRivert reverse transcriptase and amfiSure Taq DNA Polymerase with their high affinity for RNA templates ensures highly efficient and sensitive transcription of RNA amounts from as little as 1 ng up to 2 ug. 

For added convenience, amfiRivert 1-Step RT-PCR Premix contains a premixed red and yellow loading dyes to allow loading of RT-PCR product directly on a gel after thermal cycling, 
minimizing pipetting steps and providing easy visualization of sample. The final volume of each reaction, including primers, RNA template, and DEPC-treated water, is 50 ul.
